Responsibilities:

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Focal point for customer requests fulfillment and coordination with other departments and Head Office

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and social networking.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Having a network of customer prospects in relevant sectors

Pre-sales, Products Demonstration and Closing Deals
